Value Homes services include assistance with land evaluation, coordination of all aspects of the building process (building permit applications, well drilling, site excavation, septic installation, foundations, setting the home, 100% completion of your home, all town and bank inspections and any product service requirements).

The importance of planning ahead when building a home is paramount, that's why Value Homes develops a personalized schedule for each home that we build. All sub-contractors are kept informed of their responsibility to meeting the completion date on time and on budget.
