New Colonial Modular Home Finished

This large colonial home in Concord, MA. was built using 6 modules with the 3 car garage built on site. As with many of our homes, this one was built to Energy Star requirements and passed without a hitch. The original home on site was demolished to make room for this custom modular home.

This new home features:

4 bedrooms
3 1/2 baths
great room with fireplace
custom master bath
granite countertops
wood and ceramic floors throughout
expansive bonus room over the 3 car garage, and on and on…

All building services were provided by Value Homes (as usual) including coordination of all permits and inspections, testing for hazardous materials in the old house, demolition, excavation, foundation, cement floor, modular set, roof completion, HVAC – heat, ventilation, air conditioning – plumbing, electrical carpentry, siding, sheet rock work, final cleaning, etc.
