This is a Colonial style modular home that we completed in 2007 in Lowell MA. 

Fire survivor

Previous home burnt and had to be removed.  Fortunately no injuries occurred.  Value Homes demolished the old building, dug a new cellar hole and built this new modular home in record time so that the owners could move in quickly.  The dormers and front entrance roof was built to fit in with the other existing homes in this old, classy part of the city.

Walk up attic

This feature was added to give the customer more storage space and for the possibility of future play area for the grand kids.
